I’m locked out. Do you really guarantee entry?

Yes. The price quoted will be the price you pay. No entry, no fee!

How long will I have to wait for you to arrive?

Not a moment longer than you have to. This depends on time of day, other jobs in progress and of course, your location. You will receive a realistic ETA over the phone.

Will I have to pay for new locks?

Regent Locksmith always favours non-destructive entry techniques. Unfortuantely, there are occasional situations in which they are not effective. If a destructive entry is required, replacement locks can be fitted so your property will be secured immediately. The associated costs will be fully explained before commencement of the work and no destructive work is ever undertaken without your permission.

Why don’t you list your prices online?

Every job is different and ‘one size fits all’ pricing does not allow us to provide competitive rates to our customers. We always aim to give an accurate an estimate as possible over the phone and absolutely never add on any hidden costs. For non-emergency work, please enquire by phone or email for free quotes & estimates.

Which areas do you cover?

There are no set areas that are or are not covered. As a general rule, all of the Inner Boroughs are covered, as well as the majority of the Outer Boroughs in North-West, West & South-West London. However, arrangements can be made to travel further afield if requested.

Is you work guaranteed?

Yes. All parts we supply and fit come with a 1 year warranty.

Do you do automotive work?

Not at this time.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.
